What is What We Do In The Shadows?
What We Do In The Shadows, based on the movie directed by Taika Waititi, is a mockumentary about four vampires living in modern-day Staten Island, New York. Nandor (Kayvan Novak) along with his familiar Guillermo (Harvey Guillén), Laszlo (Matt Berry), Nadja (Natasia Demetriou), and Colin (Mark Proksch) are interviewed by a documentary crew and show their adventures. We also learn about their lives before they became flatmates.
Where and when can I watch What We Do In The Shadows?
What We Do In The Shadows seasons one through four are currently streaming on Hulu and season five premiers on Thursday, July 13th.
What’d we see in the trailer?
We see more hijinx from this beloved group. The two things that stand out are Guillermo striving to become a vampire and Colin running for public office.
Why I am/you should be excited about What We Do In The Shadows?
I love the movie and the TV show is a fun extension that builds a world network of vampires. I’m excited to see more adventures with this group. Guillermo becoming a vampire has been teased for a long time so I’m hoping that pays off. Otherwise, I’m just ready to be back with these characters.
